Hey, I’m Caitlyn! I currently call Spokane, WA home, but most often you’ll find me dreaming about, planning for, or travelling to, somewhere else. From the time I was in high school and took my first major trip to New York (thanks Ma!), my heart has longed for adventure. Whether it’s a weekend trip to Canada or a two week trip to Europe, the cultures, food, and landscapes I find away from home bring my life the most fulfillment.
As I’ve gotten older though, home has become more of a treasure; a place that is completely me. I have found that spaces filled with my favorite textures and colors; rooms curated by me, for me, bring a beautiful balance to my crazy life. What better way to make my home feel like me than to design it myself? In all honesty, DIY projects were initially a financial necessity to maintain the level of travel I enjoy, but now they have become an outlet for creativity and continued learning that bring me so much joy.
